About this plant

Alocasia ‘Venom’ is a distinctive collector Alocasia celebrated for its dark, sculptural foliage and dramatically elongated leaf tips. As the plant matures, each leaf develops an exaggerated pointed apex that may twist or curl, creating the unusual silhouette that gives the cultivar its name. Bold pale venation against deep green foliage completes its striking, almost otherworldly appearance.
