PO Box Address & Remote Addresses

We will not ship to PO box addresses unless you purchased this shipping add-on.

We hold the right to cancel your order if you live in a remote area. Delivery to remote areas often take 5+ days even with expedited shipping so it is very high risk for live plants. We have found that buyers from remote areas experience too much plant stress from shipping that is out of our control.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance is complementary on all orders. Shipping insurance helps cover lost or damaged packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the carrier to claim the insurance.

Shipping Delays 

We are not responsible for any damages caused due to shipping delays, delays are out of our control. Buyers should understand the risks with shipping plants.

Damaged or Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages as they are out of our control. We can help with contacting the carrier to submit an insurance claim, however, the buyer should be responsible following up and confirming that they have received a refund from the carrier.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Live arrival is guaranteed on all plants only if you have purchased insulation (local temp for the week is below 10C/50F or above 30C/86F) and shipping upgrade. Live arrival means the plant has at least one healthy root and one healthy leaf. If it does not satisfy those conditions,

We may hold your order under extreme weather conditions (below 0C/32F or above 38C/100F.
