This set has helped us acclimate over thousands of TC with a 99% success rate. And we want to share what works with you!

The kit includes:

  • One self watering cup with adjustable humidity dome
  • One bag of perlite stratum mix
  • One small bottle of hydrogen peroxide for cleaning and disinfecting the TC plantlet
  • One set of acclimation instructions that we have personally tried and tested

Delivery and Shipping

We ship domestically out of Ontario. Each plant has a different processing time, please see Processing Time section above.

Our plants are packed with care and we do our best to ensure it arrive to you in great condition. However, cosmetic damages like yellowing leaves may occur. Rest assured that this is normal, with proper care, plants are resilient and will recover from shipping stress.

Each order is shipped with tracking so you can confidently prepare to receive your plant babies.

Weather Protection

We highly recommend purchasing insulation when temperature in your area drops below 10C/50F or goes above 30C/86F. Complimentary ice/heat pack are included with the insulation if temperatures are extreme.

We may hold your order under extreme weather conditions (below 0C/32F or above 38C/100F.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are FINAL, no exchanges or returns.

Live Arrival Guarantee:
We carefully inspect and package every plant before shipping. If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the entire plant or unboxing video
  • Photos showing the damaged area
  • Photos of the shipping box, packaging, and shipping label

We will review the photos and video, if the claim is approved, offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.

Please Note:
Minor leaf damage, yellowing, wilting, soil movement, or temporary stress can occur during shipping and does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement. Plants may need time to acclimate after their journey.

We are not responsible for damage or decline caused by improper care, repotting, extreme temperatures after delivery, pests, neglect, or delays in unpacking the plant after delivery.
